On 7th April 2023, We shared our Easter with the VIPs at Doreah Child Care Uganda. Doreah Child Care is an organization which takes care of very special child(Children with disabilities). We partnered with different organisations to make the day a success such as WAY (We Are Youth), Podrska, SWAT, Talent
Walls, Cissy Events, Cyclops, Kampala Kids Club, Little Miss Universe and somemusical artists plus Djs i.e Vyroota, Ceaserous Music ,Zoe Star and Dj Magic Touch ,Evelyn MC . Together with the Partners we were able to take some donations e.g Food, Pampers, detagents,Poridge,
OBJECTIVES
- To give back to the organization for the good work they do for the VIPs.
- To share love with the VIPs by eating, dancing, drinking and sharing the little we have with them.
- To have a good time with them on such a special day.
- To respond to their cry of not having somethings to use in a little way
we could.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- We were able to make the day success and made sure everyone had a good time with the VIPs inclusive.
- Our partners turned up as they promised, no one disappointed.
- We were able to respond to their cry of not having somethings to use with the little we were able to contribute together with our partners.
- We were able to put a smile on the faces of the VIPs.
CHALLENGES
- We had limited resources to use for the event.
- There was poor time management by some of partners.
- Some of the people were not so conversant with handling the VIPs.
- The food wasn’t served in time due to not buying all the food stuffs in time.
SOLUTIONS
- Preparing for the day event as early as possible like three months earlier.
- Advising partners to always keep time.
- Preparing meals for events in time and buying all food stuffs a day before to avoid starving the
