We faced a challenge of limited time to exercise our activity in some schools due to their tight school program.
We also faced a challenge of poor time management amongst the team during presentations and arrangements to go to schools.
Poor branding was also a challenge due to inadequate branding materials i.e pull ups, tear drops, uniforms and ids.
Consistent absenteeism of the team members during activations was also a a challenge
Language barrier was also another challenge since we found difficulties in children not understanding English in some village schools.
Disorganizations amongst schools since we found children in some schools not yet organized for the activities.
Indiscipline amongst some students in schools was also a challenge in some schools.
We also faced a challenge of inadequate facilities i.e transport funds for some team members.
Lack of more professional people on the team i.e Doctors, counsellor. RECOMMENDATIONS:
Adequate resources and facilitations need to be provided for the smooth running of the organization activities.
Strict warnings should be under taken amongst team` members on poor time management.
A scheduled program about the activities to be carried out in schools should be given to schools to avoid alteration and interruptions of both school and organization programs.
Encourage teachers to pay more attentions on English speaking in school. NEXT STEPS:
Carrying out the campaign in more other schools and communities.
